About Us
Dirigo Timberland's forest management staff provide a unique blend of expertise and experience. Each team member has over 15 years of forestland management experience ranging from small private woodlot management to larger scale industrial projects. Depending on your specific needs and objectives, we will make sure that the staff member with the right expertise is assigned to your project.
Our foresters are all certified as Stewardship Foresters with the Maine Forest Service and as Technical Service Providers with the Natural Resource Conservation Service. These certifications allow us to administer cost-share planning and projects through these agencies.
In addition, all of our logging crews are trained through the Certified Logging Professional (CLP) or Master Logger Certification programs. Our road construction crew also holds an Erosion Control Certification from the Maine DEP.
